Hi Anthony, if you order the bundle you asked about (OEPL PCM-WUP) then no, you dont’ need an electrician to install anything.
Please note however that you’d probably be better off purchasing them separately because we have the PCM on sale right now. Be sure to check out the WIFI version that uploads your power metering data to Google’s PowerMeter energy use/trending software
